Rick's "Day Off" Photos - These are the larger versions of photos that randomly fill the top left corner of www.RickNakama.com. Along with the larger photo, a more descriptive caption helps explain the setting.
410 Works - This is a friend's photography website. He provides photography services for weddings and events like that.
Three J's eBay Store - This is a friend's eBay Store. He specializes in collectible toys and games. During the Holiday Season, if there is a product you can't find in the shopping centers, check out this eBay store. You may get lucky and find just what you need to buy here!
Alta Vista Babelfish Translation - This is a convenient site that is useful for translating words between languages. It doesn't work so well if you translate a whole sentence. You achieve much better results if you translate only words and figure out what the sentence means.
Mixi - Practically everyone in the world is on or knows about Myspace, but do you know about Mixi? It's the similar type of networking website that the Japanese community is more comfortable using. It is all in Japanese so if you can't read Japanese, it's very difficult to use. You also need to be invited by an actual user to access the site. If you want to try it out, send me your e-mail address and I'll invite you.
Google Earth - Google releases some amazing tools at an absolutely great price (FREE)! If you haven't played with Google's Google Earth, check it out here. P.S. most of my website is maintained using a free Google product! =) Thanks Google! I also use Google's Gmail as my primary e-mail. It's also a great product.
Waikiki Beach Walk - This is the website for Outrigger Hotels & Resorts Beachwalk Vision. Having been a 6 year full-time employee of the Outrigger Reef on the Beach Hotel, this project is very familiar to me. I also live in Waikiki and can see the whole project from my condo. It's a great improvement to Waikiki and brings many great venues for dining and entertainment.
KHON2 TV - This is the website for KHON2 the local FOX Network Affiliate. In my opinion, they have the best news programs. Click -> for an instant shot of the weather. Click -> for an instant shot of the surf report.
The Honolulu Advertiser's "Guide to Hawaii's Restaurants" - This is a website that allows you to search for Hawaii's Restaurants by category.
The CoffeeGeek.com - This is my favorite coffee information website.
Sweet Maria's - This is my favorite source for green coffee beans.
NihonHacks.com... - I came across this great new (10/17/07) blog site through mixi.jp. It has "time and money saving" information for life in Japan.
